The Alexander Technique for Runners
Maximise efficiency, minimise effort
Enhance your performance with the Alexander Technique, a unique method for improving your balance, posture and coordination. In this two hour foundation workshop, which is suitable for all ages (over 15), abilities and levels of fitness, you will learn how the principles of the Technique can be applied to your running so that you feel lighter on your feet and move with more ease and efficiency.

Alexander Technique Active Running Club
We meet at 1pm every Friday outside The Grain Barge, Hotwell Rd, BS8 4RU.
We run for an hour, stopping regularly to evaluate our running and do exercises aimed at teaching you how to run in a more fluid and dynamic way. Follow us on Twitter @AlexTechActive to find out what this week’s focus will be.
